If you are purchasing tickets online, you will need to provide a mailing address, please be aware that we will not post tickets to an overseas address. If you feel unwell before a show, we ask that you please stay home in order to keep our community safe. Please contact us by email or phone prior to the show and we can assist with a credit on account or gift voucher that can be used towards a future Black Swan show.

Each show has a different age recommendation and not all shows may be suitable for someone under the age of 18. You can see the recommended age for a show in the Event Details section on the show's play page. Please ensure the show is suitable for the age of your child before booking.

Please try searching your email for "Your tickets". When making a booking you will receive two emails. One is an order confirmation detailing your payment and show dates. The second (which can take up to half an hour to arrive) will be an email with the subject "Your tickets". The second email will contain QR codes that usher will need to scan to gain entry to the theatre. Digital tickets can be scanned off your mobile device.

If you have lost your ticket, we will reprint it for collection at the venue on the evening of the performance, this may incur a fee of $3.95 per ticket.

Requests for refunds and exchanges will be granted at the discretion of Black Swan in accordance with the LPA Ticketing Code of Practice, and may incur a small fee of $3.95 per transaction. Friends FAQs

To become a Friend, you can sign up on our website, visit us at the Black Swan Ticketing Office, or call our Ticketing Team. Friends Membership costs just $50 which will give you 12 months of benefits from the date of purchase. If you are booking online, simply add a Friends Membership to your cart and proceed to check out. You will start receiving your discount immediately.

You can become a Subscriber by selecting either the 3-4, or 5-6 multi-play package options and then simply choose the productions you want to see. To receive your discounts, all your tickets must be purchased in the same transaction.

Being a Friend and being a Subscriber are two different things.

As a Subscriber, you receive a discount based on the number of productions you buy tickets for. Multi-play packages of 3-4 shows receive 10% off tickets and multi-play packages of 5-6 shows receive 15% off tickets. We know that plans sometimes change, so we do allow free ticket exchanges for Subscribers. You do not receive any additional benefits as a Subscriber and tickets must be purchased in the same transaction.

As a Friend, you will enjoy a host of benefits, including priority booking, free exchanges and a discount of 5% off all single tickets purchased. If you choose to purchase a multi-play package, then you will receive an additional 5% off on top of the package discount ā€“ meaning you could be saving up to 20% off the standard ticket price! As a Friend, your benefits will include: invitations to exclusive Friends events, being the first to hear exciting news from Black Swan and a Friends Card that will be enable you to benefit from amazing discounts and special offers from our partners.

Once you have become a Friend, all you have to do is log into your account on the Black Swan website and the Friends discount will automatically be applied to your purchase. If you have already selected your tickets, then the discount will be applied as soon as you enter your account details during checkout.

Discounts apply only to Adult, Concession and Student ticket prices.

If you wish to buy single tickets for remaining 2023 shows, please call our Ticketing Team, who will apply your Friends discount for you.

Your Friends benefits begin immediately upon purchase and last for 12 months. This includes any discounts, priority booking and access to exclusive events and offers. You will be sent a renewal reminder when you are reaching the end of the 12 months.

Your Friends card will usually be posted out to you within 2 weeks of signing up ā€“ but you will receive an email confirming that you can access all the benefits immediately. In busy times, such as Season Launch, your Friends card may take a little longer to arrive with your tickets, if you have purchased a subscription.

Currently, you can receive discounts from West Australian Symphony Orchestra, The Blue Room Theatre, West Australian Ballet, West Australian Opera and Luna Cinemas.

Our Subscribers scheme will remain, with discounts applied depending on the number of plays purchased in a multi-play package. Subscribers will receive 10% off multi-play packages of 3-4 plays, and 15% off multi-play packages of 5-6 plays.

Current 2023 Members will only be able to apply their benefits to the remaining 2023 shows. If you wish to receive benefits for our 2024 Season, you must become a Black Swan Friend or a Subscriber.

Friends will have first priority to book multi-play packages, followed by Subscribers. Single tickets for 2024 shows will go on sale approximately three months prior to the opening night of each production.

Friends will be granted an additional one-week priority booking period for single ticket purchases, allowing them to make the most of their additional single ticket discount.

If you lose your membership card, please contact our Ticketing Team, and they will arrange for a replacement card to be re-issued.

You will receive invitations and details about exclusive events via email, as well as regular communications, including e-newsletters, with information about upcoming events, news, and Friends-exclusive offers. Make sure to keep your contact details up to date to stay informed. If you have previously unsubscribed from our communications, you can opt back in through your online account, or by contacting our Ticketing Office.

Friends Memberships are non-refundable, but you can choose not to renew your membership when it expires. If you have specific concerns or requests related to your membership, please contact our Ticketing Team for assistance.
