Hear What Students and Teachers Have to Say About the Bridge Program

THE BRIDGE PROGRAM

Looking to boost participation, reach diverse learners, or bring fresh energy to your teaching?

Our team can help students connect with content in meaningful ways while building critical thinking, communication, and creativity.

The Bridge Program supports English and HASS curriculum through arts-integrated learning, helping students connect with content while building critical thinking, communication, and creativity.

Piloted over the past two years in Years 5–9 classrooms, the program uses drama, role-play, writing, and collaborative tasks to support active, hands-on learning.

How it works:

  • 1x60minute incursion per week for 4–6 weeks, scheduled around your timetable
  • Teachers provide the unit outline and outcomes; we tailor creative activities to support them
  • A teaching artist works with you to align each session with your unit plan and learning goals, prior to delivering the program with students
  • (Optional) Students receive a workbook for notes, reflections, and responses—ideal for formative or summative assessment
